There are myriad of conferences, lectures and CDEs/CMEs happening every day across India. As we know, the lifeline of any medical event is the audience, We feel disheartened to see the chairs vacant in such events, in spite of the faculty being a world-renowned academician. From a recent survey that we have conducted among the event-organizers, we found that the major drawbacks they face are, difficulty in finding effective means to reach the intended audience, collecting payment for the registration process which consume a predominant part of their much valued work hours.
