You can hit the roof during the first ever Rooftop Days of Rotterdam!
Dozens of buildings will open up their roofs to the public from June 11th until June 14th. There will be one central location; epicenter of the festival will be on Parking Westblaak at the Hartmannstraat 35. This is right in the center of the city with a mesmerizing view on the Witte de Withstraat.
Above our heads lies an undiscovered world. It’s a shame that we are not using all that available space in a more efficient way. With the Rooftop Days of Rotterdam we are aiming to stimulate the utilization of rooftops in the city. We want to demonstrate in what ways roofs could contribute to a sustainable future. We will show inspiring examples and explore the possibilities of the roofscape of Rotterdam in an excitatory manner.
