Lexicon for Laymen and Industry Professionals to Department of Insurance
Versicherungslexikon - the app of the Institute for Insurance of the FH Cologne (IVW Cologne)
With this app, the IVW Cologne has created a comprehensive lexicon of the most important terms from the insurance department. The specialist lexicon is a practical help for both laypersons and industry people when it comes to quickly re -tracing the importance of insurance -specific technical terms.
The English translations are also given for all terms. The search function in the lexicon is possible to translate insurance -specific specialist termini so quickly.
The app also offers the option of training the terms using an individually adjustable quiz. This gives students and practitioners a playful introduction, learning aid and knowledge of knowledge in the different specialist areas of the insurance industry.
Other functions:
Mensaplan: As a supplementary service for the students, the app contains a mobile view of the current Mensa menu.
Feedback: Your opinion is important to us so that we can further develop the app and the terms of the lexicon. You have the option of submitting your name, email address and a corresponding feedback text and suggestions for improvement (missing specialist words / corrections) to the app.
